PureMess Skincare granted Plastic Free Champion Award!

Plastic Free Guildford is delighted to award the local health and beauty shop a Plastic Free Champion Award! The award is given to companies who have made an effort to remove or replace at least three types of single use plastic from their business.

Puremess are passionate about creating natural products that optimise skin health, providing maximum nourishment, which is why they only use ingredients like oils, butters, waxes and botanicals. All of their packaging is either aluminium, glass or biodegradable cardboard and they encourage their customers to either refill or repurpose their containers.

They supply a number of zero-waste shops (including Noel's Farm Shop, Secrett's Farm Shop, For Earth's Sake, Twin Larder and Bare+Fair) and have created their own circular economy by picking up and reusing the containers they supply their products in.

Their shipping process is plastic-free as well. They use recycled cardboard boxes, wood wool, acid-free tissue paper and paper tape.

You can find PureMess at your local farm shop or zero waste store! Also available online at puremess.co.uk.
